Jenn-Air Parts

Jenn-Air is a long-standing, reputable dealer of appliances—like fridges, microwave ovens, and dishwashers. It’s a subsidiary of the Whirlpool Corporation, so you know that they sell top-quality, innovative products. Jenn-Air is particularly a favorite among mid-to-upscale appliances.

Replacement parts which are more common

Cook-top ranges are huge along the Jenn-Air line of products. They’re known for their substantial longevity and are some of the best products in the cooking range market. However, all machines take on wear and tear. With Jenn-Air parts and ranges, they’re usually: drip bowls, broil/bake functions, the igniting part(s), burners and burner wires and leads, and thermostats.
Jenn-Air refrigerators and freezers are also great products. The most common Jenn-Air parts that need replacing include: cracked or loose shelves, door handles, ice-maker electrical (or non-electrical) assemblies, thermostats, compressors (rare) and heaters for the defrost function in most models.

Dryers are yet another Jenn-Air product that are wonderfully awesome appliances. Again, though, things break down as any machine does over time; and, incidents do happen when earlier than expected. Some of the typical occurrences with Jenn-Air parts and dryers include: rollers, lint filters, loose and/or broken timing belts, ball-bearings, circuits or fuses, and “glides”.

Locating Jenn-Air parts online

There’s no lack of Jenn-Air parts retailers and wholesalers online. Most of them offer authentic, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. In addition to the products themselves, many dealers even offer other great services such as:

— Help forums—where both professionals and amateurs can collaborate on specific message boards
— I suppose you could call this a service—the fact that buying online can save you a lot of money. Appliance professionals are notorious for their steep labor charges. If you’ve got at least a few “handyman” bones in you, you can easily make it a DIY job and save save save.
— They offer simple forms to where you can input your appliance’s model number and part number—this makes it so much easier to locate the part you need. Compare their dimensions to your measurements on your product, though. Many Jenn-Air parts look exactly like others, but many are for different models.
— Easy shipping and easy returns processes
— Very helpful pictures and diagrams, detailed descriptions and measurements of Jenn-Air replacement parts—so that you know for-sure that you are getting the right part and that you know how to install it.
— 9 times out of 10, online retailers offer several methods of human support. Typically there will be at least one customer support number, as e-mail support. Additionally, many have support forums—you can interact with other homeowners and even appliance repairmen if they happen to use the boards.

Making the shopping process worry-free – headache free

Make sure that you are dealing with an “authorized” Jenn-Air parts dealer—or at least a very reputable business at the least. It’s also strongly suggested that you only go with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts; second-hand or off-brand parts are not usually recommended.
So whether it’s dryer parts, range or stove parts, or refrigerator parts (and many other Jenn-Air products), rest assured that if you have a need, there’s a part for it at a great price out there.
